Beacon Cafe breakfast is delicious. In addition to a full menu for all, their gluten free pancakes are incredible. Their flavored coffees rival the drive through coffee spots. I wish more people knew about this hidden gem.

The Beacon Breakfast is always my go to breakfast. I get the gluten-free upside down pineapple pancakes 🥞 with potatoes, bacon 🥓 or sausage, with eggs. It is so yummy!😋
