The cafe was about half full when I arrived, coffee didn't take too long, maybe five minutes.
Coffee was filled to the correct level - not to the top as often happens with a keep cup.
Coffee was lovely, I'd certainly revisit if I was in the area again. They serve Toby's Estate
For non coffee drinkers there is a selection of six different T2 teas.
I couldn't see any clear gluten free treats in the fridge. Nothing on the menu is labelled gluten free so you'd really need to ask for options - it does mention gluten free bread but that's it.
