I chatted with the owners who are lovely people. They take celiace seriously as they themselves/their kids are celiac. The entire place is gluten free (gelato, chocolates, drinks) and if they can't get a certain ingredient in they'll take the item off the menu until they can get the GF ingredient in.
100% recommend and will be going back - great people and great treats. Super tasty

They have cookie dough and brownie gelato that is GLUTEN FREE!!! they make their gelato in store from real ingredients with no fillers. We're from Calgary, and their gelato is definately on par with village ice cream. There are no cones and no gluten on site. Don't know why they don't advertise their awesome gelato ingredients on their website... but maybe they'll update it soon 😉
