I couldn't recommend the Beardslee Castle enough. My wife and I recently had our wedding and rehearsal dinner at Beardslee Castle. Our wedding was completely vegan, and we had a few guests who required gluten-free accommodations due to allergies. The food was phenomenal and the service made the wedding and the planning a lot easier and Lyn was able to provide help with anything we needed or were looking to do. The site grounds are beautiful, inside and out, and went beyond our expectations.

The Appetizers and Salads were Quite Small for a Hungry Person With an Appetite the Main course Strip Steak with Blackened Green Beans However Was Well Plated and Cooked to Order; the Atmosphere was Done Very well For an Ancient Mideviel Look with some holding Cells in the Basement A Bar and A Pool table Dessert was Dearh by chocolate with a Raspberry Drizzle and it was ( Gluten free) But delicious
