The staff make or break an experience like this and the staff here are great- very knowledgeable and friendly! 4 stars only because the amount of salt on everything. The vegetable dishes were almost too salty to eat even with the wine pairing, and the rest of the dishes could have done with less as well. The fennel tube was not great, and the wine pairing with the sea bass was odd- though that may be because we subbed out the lamb portion of the menu. Extremely accommodating to a gluten allergy and took extra care to advise about each dish served. Overall a fun and unique Denver experience.

From the first bite to the last, the experience was amazing. Such unique flavors. And the service! So special. The gluten free substitutes were incredible as well. A must add to your Denver dining bucket list.
