Beer City Bread CO.

We used the private room in the back of the restaurant for a rehearsal dinner. Ellee was great to work with and everything went perfectly. The night of the event they were set up and ready for our party of 33. Our server was very attentive and patient with our drinks as we all kept moving around. The space was plenty big and we even walked through the ceremony before we ate. The buffet of salad, appetizers, pizza and sandwiches was perfect. A great variety for everyone. They even accommodated our need for gluten and dairy free pizzas. I would highly recommend using their private room!

Very bad experience. To start things off, the drink order came to us incorrectly and after asking them to correct it, they came back a second time with incorrect drinks. Finally on the third try, they got them all correct. But then the food... Several things were either wrong or tasted bad, but the worst of all was how they handled my gluten free order. I ordered sauteed shrimp. They came back to me with pieces of breaded chicken. I asked the server if this was the correct gluten free meal I'd ordered and she said yes. I had to continue to insist this was the wrong meal altogether before she realized the mistake and requested the correct meal from the kitchen. When that shrimp finally came, it was served to me RAW. This was shrimp that was meant to be fully cooked and I took a bite of completely raw shrimp. I couldn't believe it. The manager looked mortified when I told them and comped a couple of our items, but it really didn't make up for such a terrible experience. I'm very disappointed with the service and the amount of mistakes, especially when they are mistakes that can make people very ill. I can only hope they took this as an opportunity to learn about taking people's dietary restrictions more seriously and the importance of making sure their food is cooked to the proper temperature.
