I love Beertown. Not just because they satisfy my foodie cravings for meat, nutrition and flavour…but also because they cater to the dairy and gluten-free side of me with an ENTIRE MENU OF GOODNESS.

The atmosphere is nice, clean and bright. But the server we had wasn't helpful with questions. I think he decided we weren't going to spend much and therefore got bare minimum standards. When I asked questions about the extensive beverage menu and asked to sample something he pointed out we don't do that for cans (which yes that makes sense) but there is a nicer way to do it without making the customer feel dumb that they missed that fact. We ordered truffle fries from the menu because they were gluten free friendly and they came out cold and soggy. The waiter also disappeared for a good half hour so we couldn't even send them back to get remade. By this point after the service and cold food we opted to skip dinner where we had fully intended ordering it once we finished our appy. Anyway, my friend had been to this location the week before and said it was much better service and food that time. Gave it 3 stars for inconsistency - only go if you feel like you want to roll the dice.
