The staff were very welcoming, so accommodating for one member of the party which was gluten free. We had four kids with us and they all loved the food. Would happily come back!

I have been to bella italia many times because of the service and variety of gluten free and lactose intolerant you offered. I went to go to the taplow restaurant recently to be made very disappointed. I was told I had to check recent changes on my phone. I am used to being given a menu and advised of any changes. The restaurant wasn't busy at this time 7.30 so I would have expected better customer service. I won't be frequenting a bella italia anytime soon.
