I’ve popped into Belltown Pizza plenty of times because it’s one of the few places in the city where you can grab a really good slice and also enjoy an incredible whiskey selection. Truly one of the best whiskey lists in Belltown (and honestly Seattle) at prices that make sense. Recently, I needed pizzas for a large office event.16 pizzas, all different flavors and some gluten-free options. My first thought was Belltown Pizza, and I’m so glad I went with them. The owner, Brian, worked with me directly to make sure we got exactly what we needed and even offered to personally deliver everything to our office. That level of service is rare. The pizzas were fantastic, traveled well across town, and everyone at my office loved them. The biggest surprise win of the night? The gluten-free pizzas. Multiple gluten-free coworkers said they were the best they’ve ever had; full of flavor, not the cardboard texture most GF pizzas end up with. Huge thank you to Brian and the whole Belltown Pizza team for making our work event a hit. Highly recommend — whether you’re grabbing a slice and a whiskey at the bar or ordering a big batch for an event. This place delivers.

Cold pizza, unfortunately. Delivery in Seattle is notoriously expensive, and this was no exception. I ordered a 12" pizza on gluten free crust and a small salad, and after taxes, fees, and a decent tip, my total was over $56. I needed to stay in with a sick kiddo, so delivery seemed worth it this time. In general, the pizza seems good. Unfortunately, it was cold upon delivery, and as we're in a hotel, we have no way to heat it up. Gluten free crust tend to harden when cold, and this is no exception. Very crunchy around the edges. I don't know if this is an issue with Slice, maybe. When the delivery driver called me the caller ID said Doordash, so maybe it virtually changes hands a couple times before someone picks it up.
