Having to eat gluten free is not easy. It was great to be able to talk with someone who understood my dietary restrictions. Awesome burger, juicy, flavorful, fresh on a gluten-free bun, and toasted which is a must with gluten-free. Almost every soup, unless it contains pasta is gluten free, with a corn starch thickener instead of flour. I was even told of the safe for celiac ice cream. My only wish is for a fryer that is separate for fries, even a counter top fryer. French fries are the one thing I really miss with a burger.
We will be back. Great food.
