Ben Franklin's Taproom & Grille

I stated I have a food allergy to the waitress. I have Celiac Disease and told her I can't eat gluten. I asked if what I wanted to order would be a safe option for me. She said should be. I ordered it. My mistake. I ended up in the ER shortly after because I was violently sick. I'm also pregnant so that's even more dangerous. I tried reaching out to the restaurant about this to let them know they may need to work on allergy training but I was ignored. The food was delicious, just poisonous to me.

Food was great and lots of it. I do think there needs to be some more items noted on menu, for example, that this has cheese. Some people have to be dairy free or gluten free. Noting those items help people out with those dietary restrictions.

They have a dedicated fryer, staff not all that knowledgeable about what they have to offer but food was ok
