Stopped here on the drive from Stowe and got to take the tour! Really interesting to see how ice cream is made and they have dairy and gluten free options for those with sensitive tummies!

We have been here probably 4 times as it is 3.5h from my house. My family loves ice cream and it's a fun factory tour. This time I didn't realize I bought Sunday tickets instead of Saturday tickets. I was completely convinced I bought them for the right day. Without missing a beat the tour guide asked another employee to move our tickets from the next day to the current day and had us continue on with the tour. He really made us feel valued. And I love that they have gluten free options for all of the sample experiences! Thank you!!
