Daughter and her friend have gluten allergies. They went to free come day at 2:30pm right after school. There was no line and many workers and volunteers. They were told they could not accommodate any allergies today due to the crowds. (They would have needed to open a new ice cream and get a new scoop). If there WAS a crowd I could understand. I’ve been there at 6pm when the line wrapped around the building (especially one where the weather was 75 and sunny like it was today). My other (adult) daughter offered to buy them a pint of the sorbet they liked but were told they don’t do any sales today. Very unimpressed.
