Bench Bistro Bar Nantwich

If you have a food allergy don't visit. I attended a baby shower yesterday where everyone had afternoon tea. I'm gluten sensitive and my options were non existent. I had messaged beforehand asking what the gf options were but had no reply. From the menu I could have had a filled flatbread or pitta without the flatbread or pitta - ie just the filling! Instead I chose skin on fries and a gf chocolate brownie with ice cream. They brought them both together so by the time I had eaten my fries the ice cream was just a gloopy mess. You need to do better Bench!

Attended a baby shower at Bench. Being Coeliac I'm always tentative about how the venue will cater for me....I've had some horrendous experiences! However this was outstanding for gluten free! I was so pleasantly surprised by the choice they presented me on my 'bench'. Lots of tasty items, hot and cold. Waitresses were lovely too...very pleasant and helpful. Was nice to leave somewhere feeling 'full' rather than still hungry! Thank you Bench !
