I really like this Cafe and their open door policy for dogs is gr8 too. My one concern is that greater thought could go into the menu to improve the options for patrons with gluten intolerance. It's not hard to purchase Helgas bread (tho I recognise it IS $$) in order to offer this clientele a similar range of choices as other patrons not on a restrictive diet. It would make a huge difference to this segment of your market.
