Beni's Cubano

Having Celiac makes eating an absolute chore when traveling. Every meal is a gamble and I hadn't had hot food in days -- just living off salads and granola bars. I saw Beni's on the "Find me GF" app and stood in line but then panicked and decided to just do the boring nuts-and-bars routine rather than risk it. The manager saw me walking away and asked what happened -- and proceeded to change out his gloves and make me the most delicious take-away box of chicken, black beans, maduros and more. It was the most delicious thing I've had in ages and no Celiac reaction. Thank you for the amazing customer service and excellent food!

As a Celiac at DragonCon, I always appreciate (and require) gluten free food options. The owner at Beni's did his research and knows how to take care of his Celiac customers. All the entrée plates are gluten free, and he changes his gloves and sanitizes the counters before preparing food if you let him know you are Celiac. I'm so glad this place is open extra hours during the con. It's a little pricey, but not only is it safe, it's DELICIOUS, and the owner and his staff are marvelous. You're paying for quality. So I'm happy to support them. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed! Try the puerco asado and the cuban coffee. Thank you, Morisio!!
