Carlos did an exceptional job as our chef. We were all astounded by his efforts to go above and beyond what we requested. Our daughter has a severe gluten allergy and he ensured that her food was cooked separately and to her request. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope we get Carlos again for our next visit.

Great experience! They had a gluten sensitive menu and did very well keeping my food separate from the regular menu items. They had gluten free soy sauce available too. There was a couple bones found in my sashimi salmon but they took those off my ticket. It was nice to be able to eat hibachi and not worry about it containing gluten.
