I do enjoy going to Benihana but they still make you wait even when you make a reservation. It is a nice experience with the Hibachi grill and you normally get sat with another party if there's less than 4 of you. The place looks lovely with the Japanese cherry blossoms and beautiful lighting. The food was good and the chef made sure to exclude soy and other sauces on my food due to gluten free restriction. Overall a great experience and will go again!

The cross contamination was horrible, he mixed my food with regular sauce which contains gluten - I couldn't enjoy my meal. The location on the strip was great and made sure I could eat everything
