We are staying at the Hyatt next door so decided to try it out for dinner. There was a long wait to sit inside so we decided to sit outside. View is beautiful but service was inconsistent and food was subpar. These meals were supposed to be 5 and 6 courses but we only got a wilted salad and an onion soup. No appetizers or green tea. My mother is gluten intolerant so we requested a gluten free meal that they said they can make that. When they brought it out they said that the soy sauce was gluten free in it but the meal came with noodles! (They did take out $18 from that meal.)

Fun and engaging! Some in our party have Celiac disease and must eat gluten free. If you like sushi this is the place for you because most if not all of the sushi is gluten free. The hibachi grill can be made gluten free but cross contamination is likely. Our chief used gluten free soy sauce and was careful to cook the gluten free separately and before adding gluten containing sauce. However, because the meal is cooked in parts and the grill is cleaned between items it is very likely that some gluten could be left behind. None of our people got gluten-ed but if you want to eliminate the risk, stick with sushi. Food was delicious and entertaining!
