Looking for a good experience? Then this is not the location for you. Dinning in? Did you make a reservation? Then NO SOUP FOR YOU (if you catch that reference). You can't get them on the phone. They have a strict "don't answer" policy. They may answer if you call them in the morning- I've never tried so I couldn't tell you. Try your luck with take out instead? Sure. Unless you have an gluten allergy. Unlike other locations, this Benihana's does not offer a gluten free options on apps like UberEATS & Postmates. So you have to call ahead to do they can make a note to the chef. Oh wait, you can't, because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! Bottom line, this location really needs to tighten up. If you can go to another Benihana, you should. Coral Springs location is great.
