Marie is the manager and Ben was our waiter. Both are knowledgeable about GF requirements, and had assistance from 2 GF regulars to meet requirements. They installed 2 GF dedicated fryers and can make many regular dishes GF, including the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich which is not on the regular GF menu but was made to order.They also have gluten-free chocolate chip cookies that look pretty amazing, and are better than I've found other places and which they sell next door.
Would give 6 stars if possible.
