Stopped here for a quick bite while traveling. At first I was worried with the set up looking less like a soup/noodle place and more like drinks, but fear not- you've chosen wisely. I had the GLUTEN FREE ramen with the jaepche noodles. The egg was jammy, the miso savory, the noodles perfectly cooked and yes, the drinks were great too.
