Berc - Pizza Bar

Terrible experience. We made a reservation for 9.45pm but the table wasn't ready, and we were forced to stand in the cold for 15 minutes. Only at 10.10pm were we able to order water and Coca-Cola, as we were told the kitchen was 'too full' to take food orders (never heard of anything like this in a restaurant). Finally, at 10.30pm they took the order for dinner, but the drinks didn't arrive until 10.50pm, an hour later. The meatball appetizer arrived at 11.24pm and the pizzas at 11.36pm. As if that wasn't enough, the gluten-free pizzas were tiny and one of them was even wrong! Furthermore, the music was too loud, making it difficult to even have a conversation. If I could, I would give 0 stars. A disappointing experience from every point of view: interminable waits, total disorganization, ridiculous portions and excessive music volume. Lower!

Nice place that stays open late. The atmosphere is special because you can chat peacefully. The pizza is good. There are some gluten-free options on the menu. The gluten-free choice is not huge but the pizza is very good.
