Served at your best. There are gluten-free dishes but packaged in schar to avoid contamination, cooked to perfection. Well done!

The kindness and attention in serving one of the very few hot gluten free meals at the airport. I don't usually review the staff because between rush and queues it's not always easy to maintain kindness and hospitality, but Linda Annalisa and Giada are worth mentioning for the calm and human manner that is often missing in these places.
The difference of a slightly higher price than the average is repaid by a fast, quiet service where they also tell you where to top up your phone.
