His restaurant is new and was suggested by a fresh who has celiac.
Had a great dinner here last Friday night. Wonderful french selections with a tiny bit of a twist.
We arrived with 2 celiacs in our party and our host was able to accommodate. I had the pressed chicken and it was wonderful!
If someone at Bernadette is reading. Please... please please 🙏 get a dedicated GF frier. I really, REALLY want to eat your French fries. And... as your chef should know.... pom frites should be finished at a higher temp than your fried food.
If you are cooking your food at the temp that is needed for a yummy fry then.... ya food isn't being cooked right.
I would be there ever damn week for some french style fries. Just saying ❤️
