Bernie's Gourmet to Go

We hired Bernie’s to cater our wedding, and they did an amazing job!! First of all, the food was delicious! We got so many compliments, and several people went back for seconds and took home leftovers! Second, their menu is amazing. They have several options and you can order as much or as little as you want. The flexibility was something I did not see with any other company, and Bernie’s prices were significantly better than other catering companies as well. Third, they were incredibly accommodating to our guest’s dietary restrictions! We only had 42 guests and yet we had several people who were vegan, vegetarian, and/or gluten free, plus one person with several food allergies. Again, no other catering company seemed prepared to accommodate us! But Bernie’s was AMAZING, making everything gluten free and providing several options for the vegan and vegetarian guests. Our guests were amazed by this and so happy that they were able to get a full meal! As a vegetarian myself, I had to eat salad and bread at the last wedding I went to, and I refused to let that be the case for anyone else!! I’m so glad Bernie’s was so accommodating and took all of the dietary restrictions so seriously. We are so grateful!!

I am always so pleased with the unique and always delicious food served here! The picture I posted is of a gluten free creamy Italian something or other that’s lite and just the right amount of sweetness. I also enjoyed the black rice with veggies and a jicama salad. Thank you for my fabulous lunch today, you guys are the best!
