Phoned venue several hours prior to arrival and was told they could happily accommodate a large party however left a large proportion of our group without food.
Served a meal containing gluten to a customer with a severe gluten allergy.
When issues were raised with the manager, we were blamed for booking with a large group and putting too much pressure on the kitchen.
Blocked me on Facebook for leaving a negative review.
Manager took zero responsibility for their errors and offered no genuine apology.

Great lunch in this lovely eatery. Fab staff, sorted me a gluten free meal, with no fuss at all. Piping hot food. Good cuppa too
