Best Buns Bakery & Burgers

Warning!! Customer resolution does not fit the restaurant. I am gluten free and don't eat pork. I requested a turkey club as it is the only other option gluten free and pork free. When I opened my sandwich it had pork on it. I called to request it be remade she offered a refund but I would have to come into the store because it was an in store purchase. I explained again that I just wanted the sandwich made correctly. She advised that hot sandwiches had a 10/15 wait time. I shared again I want a cold sandwich with turkey and cheese on a gluten free bun. She then advised that there would be a 10/15 minute wait time for that as well as if I'm a new customer. The lack of accountability is the reason for my rating and the reason I will not be returning. I've wasted 40 minutes and $20 They are an expensive inconvenience!

I visited this place because reviews said they have great hamburgers, sandwiches and gluten free options. The cashier didn't understand anything I asked her, it was really difficult to understand which sandwiche is gluten free and which one is not. She said turkey sandwich is the only that was a warm sandwich, it was not. Also, they have 0 gluten free bakery stuff so I don't get it what's wrong with the reviews and why they say they have huge gf option. That's not true. It's really hard to know. Space outside is great to sit and chill but the food is nothing special.

Just ate here for the first and second time this week. The food was great! Super fresh and they have Gluten Free buns! This is what drew me in. You can get every sandwich with the gluten free bun, even the breakfast sandwiches. I’m so glad I found this place. I would have given it a 5 star rating but they gave me a regular bun and I’m allergic to gluten. I didn’t discover this until I got back to work ☹️
