C
Beachfront hotel, very good facilities with late-night activities and shops inside, but many cons that take away from its charm. Cobwebs under the beds, dirty yellowed bed covers, and used sheets with stains and hair from the previous guest, indicating they haven't been changed. The food was passable, and they assure you they have the gluten issue under control, which they haven't. This is cross-contamination. You can hear every noise, and they enter the room without consent. There's no sign indicating they shouldn't enter with what they always bring. We didn't see any towels changed; they just made the beds. Poor security; people were shouting at each other at 11 p.m., and no one showed up for a while.

We spent a few days at this hotel with the kids, and we really loved it. They really enjoyed it. If you have celiac disease, I recommend not choosing a room rate with meals, as there are nearby restaurants that offer gluten-free options that are 100% free of cross-contamination, which the hotel buffet can't offer. We'll be back.
