We let the restaurant know with advanced booking that one of us has to eat gluten free (celiac) and they managed the request perfectly. We had an 8 course menu for which you could select the main course (both options were possible gluten free). Throughout the whole menu there were only minor adjustments for my gluten free courses which they staff highlighted each time. Food/drinks were great with interesting (and for me new) flavors like kefir lime in a cocktail and banana leave sorbet. It’s common that you get freshly baked gluten-free bread in fine dining restaurants, but I have to highlight theirs as superb.
