I’m in town for a weightlifting competition. I stopped in here looking for a gluten free sandwich and the owner was so friendly and helpful! I was able to get a GF sandwich and some snacks for my competition. She was even making protein snack boxes once she found out the competition was happening nearby!

What a great find a little off the beaten track of Front Street. Selection of healthy foods were both fresh and appetizing. Gluten free selection was another great find with a nice selection.
This deserves a return visit!
