We had our daughters 16th birthday lunch at Betty's Burgers Northland today with 10 of her high school friends. Georgia took our order, and once we completed it, it was read back to us perfectly, ensuring nothing was missed. Georgia also assisted in ensuring the gluten-free/vegan options were taken correctly to avoid any allergies. Exceptional Service!! Once completed, our food was brought to our tables by Maddie, who also provided Exceptional Service by making sure all drinks were provided, and the Burgers identified to ensure everyone had their meal. Maddie also advised us that the Crispy chicken burger would be grilled to comply with the gluten-free option. Given the size of our group, Maddie recommended I install the Betty's's Burger app to collect cash bonus points, and I also claimed my free Betty's Classic Burger. The service by the team is the best I have experienced in a long time. Credit to Maddie and Georgia, who made our visit a memorable one. Will definitely be back again and again Thank You!!!!!

Burgers are delicious. We always get a low gluten bun and they are very soft and fluffy. The service from Kon tonight was superb.
