Betty's Burgers

Excellent Customer Srrvice, Respectful Staff. My Daughter is a Celiac- "Betty's Bugers are Gluten Free & So Mindful & Respectful of People with Allergies, Disease related to Food & Intolerances to Food. Her food was uncorrected & needed to be changed, especially related to cross-contamination of Food. So the food was taken back to to the Kitchen & A New Burger was made with the correct ingredients. They had just missed adding Bacon, she can't eat Tomato & she had asked for the Lettuce Leaves with the Grilled Chicken & Bacon. She's not too impressed with the Texture of Gluten Free Bread, & flavour is usually hit-or-miss. So appreciate of your Staff's efficiency to correct the Order. They have Gluten Free Chip's too which is a bonus. Most Take-Away Hot Chip's are coated in Flour, to give them that Crispy Golden Crunch. We're limited with where she can Eat Out for Take-Away, so we're forever greatful, that "Betty's Burgers" is located here in North Lakes, Now, instead of Us travelling to Chermside. Love this place, great burgers for all ages! They also have gluten free buns that taste amazing!

As a coeliac I feel safe seeing their gf practices, they always yell down the line it's for coeliac / allergy and the food tastes incredible!! Long as I live nearby I'll come back
