Beautiful proper British Tea experience. Betty's had options for gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. Many teas to select from and was able to try any of them. Very lovely!

A really below par place for afternoon tea. Had a much better experience in smaller brands and definitely not a premium experience. Relies on tourists for its brand reputation as service wasn’t great, food was a below average. We were not offered any other sandwiches, no one stepped us through the platter. I asked for sugar it wasn’t brought until the second request. The gluten free scone was full of sugar crystals and hard. I had advised it was for a birthday celebration and this was totally ignored.
