We attended the Washington Wine month dinner with wine pairings, one of the best experiences we’ve had at a restaurant. Exceptional service, delicious food, and they accommodated my gluten allergy. After we sat at the bar and that was great as well. Highly recommend this restaurant/bar!

This is the kind of food experience you rarely find in the US. The chef obviously is very talented. Each course had extraordinary flavors. I kept asking the server what this flavor and that was. We had the ribeye with the hot rock flambeau option, where they light it on fire at the table. The sauce tasted how a fabulous wine cellar smells. The bread was fantastic, including fresh baked gluten-free rolls that were beyond what you think gluten-free rolls are going to be. The calamari was great. Every flavor and every dish was strikingly good, pretty much perfect. The steak was everything you fantasize that a steak could be. This was a splurge I will not regret, and not even really much of a splurge. It's not overpriced. We couldn't not get dessert at that point, and we certainly weren't disappointed there either! The peaches, the custard, the chantilly, the berries...This restaurant is worth the trip for a special occasion, even if you're driving or flying to get there. Magic!

Thanks to our server Ryan for helping us identify a safe gluten free meal. Appreciated the understanding and attentive service since the menu doesn't identify safe options for diners with food sensitivity/dietary restrictions. The view here is great, the food is good. We enjoyed the cocktails, salads, crème brûlée. The entrees were well made (but there were very few safe options for a Celiac customer due to preparation practices). Hopefully they catch up to how other high end restaurants are creating and executing menus. It's unusual to find high quality restaurants that don't clearly identify options for vegetarian/vegan/gluten free diners these days, especially in a resort setting. Thanks again to our server Ryan for making sure we had a good experience!
