My experience at Bibi's was fantastic. My partner and I have very different dietary needs. He's vegan and predominantly eats gluten-free as well. I can't eat any grains, garlic, onion of any kind, potatoes, chic peas, and cashews. There are few restaurants we can both eat out at. In fact, my dietary restrictions prevent me from eating out most of the time.
We went to Bibi's for lunch with a group of 8 including a celiac, and meat eaters and there was something for everyone. I was pleasantly surprised. I also didn't have any indigestion afterwards. We enjoyed the food so much we went back the next day for takeout!
