Biba's Italian

I have to give a shoutout to everyone at Biba's Italian restaurant in Hixson for being super understanding when I had to jump up for a fire call right in the middle of my meal. Iliterally had 3 bites of the Ceasars salad and had to run. No time for photos. I finally finished up hours later and they re made my gluten free pasta fettuccine Alfredo style with chicken and another Caesar salad. 🤗 At this point I was starving, tired, sweaty, soaked, and loved every bite of my meal. The restaurant was pretty much empty at 10pm from the busiling wait time earlier to get a table but well worth the wait. Though they don't have any gluten free dessert for gluten intolerant allergy I still give them five stars and maybe in the future they will at something like ice cream or chocolate lava cake 🤔. Hint hint. I would recommend this restaurant and thank you again for the outstanding service. You can follow me as I travel around this beautiful country doing one review at a time.
