With how delicious the ice cream is and with people like Killian, success is guaranteed. I came with my celiac daughter and all I can say is... the service and kindness were impressive. We'll be back for the waffles!!!

The quality of the ice cream is BRUTAL; it's exquisite. They're creamy and have an intense flavor that you can savor from the very first minute. But I want to talk about the service we received today, June 16, at Bico de Xanadú. The people who served us, in addition to being super friendly, which is also appreciated, made us feel comfortable serving us. They were pleasant, kind, and professional, which sweetened the experience even more. As a celiac, seeing how sacred protocol is for those who serve you is so appreciated... plus, we were with our baby, and they were very kind to him. I wish I had left them a tip, because they deserved it, but since in this modern life I'm always without cash, I couldn't. That's why I wanted to write a specific review so everyone knows how well these wonderful people at Bico de Xanadú do. Thank you!

I'm celiac and had been trying to find a gluten-free waffle for years, and it was super delicious too. Killian served us, explaining the process at every step to ensure there was no cross-contamination. I had a waffle with pistachio ice cream, and my partner—who has no cross-contamination issues since he's not celiac—had a tub of orange and red berry ice cream. The quality of the ice cream is evident. Killian gives us a 10. We'll definitely be back.
