Today we enjoyed a creative, tasty, and unique culinary experience at BIDAIA. Each dish was a flavorful surprise, carefully prepared and presented with attention to detail. The service was impeccable—especially thanks to Elena and Álvaro, who not only took on a project with soul in the heart of Badajoz's old town, but also did so with courage, commitment, and an evident love for what they do. Furthermore, they take care of every detail with all their guests in mind, adapting their menu to accommodate intolerances like gluten without sacrificing quality or flavor. In times when starting a business requires so much effort and courage, it's a source of pride to be able to support those who believe in the potential of our city. We will definitely be back.
