Bier Brewery in Noblesville is a winner, especially if you're looking for a great gluten-free pizza option! Their cauliflower crust is fantastic - perfectly crisp and flavorful. had it on a recent visit and was seriously impressed. Beyond the pizza, the atmosphere is classic Bier Brewery: great beer, friendly service, and a cool vibe. Highly recommend checking them out!

I found this place on a whim. Very laid back type of place. Great for kids, a night out or just want a beer to chill. Pizza was great! The gluten was relaxed in it so it allowed for airy and buttery crust. Loaded tots YES!! When you think of loaded tots you think of it being on top of tatters. NOPE! It's INSIDE!!!! Mustered and pickles on pizza? I thought it was crazy too BUT has me craving more! (Pair it with the house made ranch and you have a match made in heaven). Pineapple Mango Beer is top tier, highly recommend! Will be coming back for chill nights and cold beer.
