Nice, small little local restaurant in the middle of the shopping area. Quickly sat down, but service took a bit. From what was observed, it seemed they may have been challenged with staff. The server seemed to be attending tables, the bar and orders for others in restaurant. Nevertheless, she was quick and efficient with the orders. When refills or other items were requested, she responded promptly. A Ranch and blue cheese was requested and it seemed like she had forgotten about it because she did not return with it. But, a while later she did bring it to the table and as such, there was no need to request the items again. The turkey burger was bigger than expected; nice surprise. The taste, however, was ok. Perhaps it's the turkey burger in general there isn't much that can be done as far as flavoring. While they do offer gluten-free buns, they are ran on the same conveyer belt toaster as all the other gluten products. When the server was asked for more details, she stated that they do come into contact with other buns. However, the hostes did say that she was Celiac and recommended the wings and fries because these items were gluten-free, contrary to what the server stated. The server stated that everything is fried using the same oil as items that contain gluten. Because there was two versions of what is gluten-free, only the turkey burger, gluten-free bun (not toasted) and coleslaw, was ordered. A suggestion would be to have the gf buns placed on parchment paper or a non-gluten, cross contaminated plate, so that when it is being toasted it does not come into contact with other gf products. The gf buns was big and there is an upcharg for it, just like many other establishments. The bun was not sturdy and broke apart. Perhaps it is the brand of the fact that it was not toasted. From the looks of some of the other customers, their beef products seem to be very good. Next visit, that is something to look forward to.
