Big Buns

The best burgers I've ever had! I'm gluten free so I was so excited to eat a burger on a bun! The service was a bit slow, but we were a large group so I can't hold this against them. The young man who waited on us was delightful. He checked on us numerous times between waiting on other customers and cleaning tables. The music was a bit loud for my taste, but I'm sure it suits a younger clientele. During our short stay in Fairfax we went back a second time, which says a lot. Overall, it is a bit pricey but a super great burger! Update: I read some reviews mentioning the ordering kiosk. There is one there and you are encouraged to use it, but I was with some older people who wanted to order the old-fashioned way, with a human. 😄 The young man working the floor said he understood and gladly took our orders.

This place puts shake shack to shame just by existing 😹 I've been eating out for about 2 decades. Moved from NYC to VA a couple years ago. And I've only ever tasted a big slap of disappointments, to the point I gave up on eating out. Then I found out I have celiac on top of that. One night my partner asked me if I want a burger. I whimpered "but gluten". He said this place has a gluten free bun. And OMFG🤤Okay, so not only is the food worth falling face flat on concrete for but the staff, are wholesome. Of course no Karen people are gonna like this place. They're allergic to respect and authenticity.
