Hi we had a reservation on the 15/09/23 our table waiter was Mathew he was absolutely brilliant at taking out orders as my daughter has coeliac disease he knew exactly how to help her in choosing what she wanted- we couldn’t fault him at all also all the food was amazing- we would recommend everyone to try Big Easy!

We are frequent customers at Big Easy but this was our first time at the Bluewater location. We made the most of the unlimited boozy brunch. James, the manager, looked after us really well and provided many laughs throughout our meal. He showed me around an updated allergen menu and I was very pleased to see that most of the barbecued meats have now been made gluten free (in prior visits I’ve been limited to just steak or plain lobster). Top notch food and service in a great location which can handle even the post Christmas crowds without feeling packed.
