Could do with more gluten free options. Helpful staff though

Seems like a cool place but the menu was confusing about what gluten-free options they have. The gluten-free options are meat only (not burnt ends) with a maple mustard or Tennessee sauce and coleslaw. The other sides that do not have gluten as ingredients are possible cross-contamination issues (was informed by server before placing orders) The server at the counter was very friendly and knew a lot about the food offered at big fatty‘s. Seemed like a very friendly atmosphere and looked very clean and family oriented.
