Big Mama's Kitchen and Catering

On suggestion from Omaha food lovers group on Facebook we tried Big Momma's today. I went online and ordered so it would be ready by the time we made the drive up to Omaha. It had just come out of the oven when we arrived. I had ordered the four piece gluten free oven fried chicken and a four piece regular oven fried chicken. Fried Chicken is one of the things that I miss so badly since I had covid 3 years ago and all my allergies have changed again and now I am allergic to wheat. This is the first time I've had fried chicken in 3 years. Totally different than what I'm used to but it's very good I would definitely suggest trying it if you're gluten free. I was told the non gluten-free was really good as well.

Gluten free fried chicken was delicious. Be prepared to wait for good things. 45 min for chicken done right. 1-2 day notice for other items made gluten free. Fried okra, fried green tomatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy. Because they cater, they can accommodate just about any allergy need.
