Big Mike's Healthy Choices of Ft Lauderdale

We are so glad we found Big Mike’s! We’re not even a gluten-free family, but the location was convenient—what a happy surprise! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. But the real standout? The exceptional service. Truly some of the best we’ve ever had. Friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

I have been a long time customer of Big Mike's previous locations and also had visited this location when it was Fresh First, both have always been great and Mike has elevated things to even higher level here. I finally made it out to this location since Mike took over and had a great breakfast. I had the eggs benedict which was great especially the hollandaise sauce which they make fresh from scratch (surprisingly, many places use a mix). Coffee was really good as well, hard to find places that serve french press coffee which is what I had. I picked up some of the Gluten Free baked goods as to-go items and look forward to returning to try some other options that are on the menu.

Best damn gluten free brunch! Completely enjoyed the food, service. Loved that they are peanut and completely a gluten free kitchen!
