Big O's Simply Delicious

The owner, Oliver, is incredibly kind and friendly. He offers a variety of gluten free options. I love the Bigs Os pesto and Big Os grilled cheese. The food and Oliver’s attitude make this a place I will keep coming to. I wish Big Os was open a bit later. My only complaint is that staff “closes the kitchen” before the closing hour. It’s happened to me several times, well before the time when the restaurant is set to close. I stopped by 18 minutes before the closing time today and was refused a house salad (ordered to go) because “the kitchen was already closed”. They weren’t answering the phone an hour before I stopped by. I doubt this is happening with the owner’s consent, and I hope this employee issue is addressed for better customer service in the future.

Best gluten free bread ever! The owner is so sweet always a very great experience all around! Sandwiched are amazing, soups are great, and pastries are to die for!
