Big Z's Pizza House & Brew

I online ordered a pizza from here a few weeks ago. I wanted the deep dish Chicago style but accidentally ordered a gluten-free Chicago Style. When I came to pick up the pizza, the hostess showed it to me before boxing it up. I realized at that moment the order was wrong. I immediately checked my receipt to make sure that it was my order. Realizing I ordered the wrong thing, I accepted the pizza and began to leave. A gentleman (I assume the owner or manager) got my attention and offered to remake the pizza for me despite my screwing up the order. I insisted it was ok (and the pizza was still 🔥🔥🔥). He didn't have to do that at his expense. For this reason, I made sure to swing by the following week and order another pizza to show my appreciation. I say all of this to say, that the people here are kind, the pizza is fire, and whenever I have a taste for pizza, this is where I prefer to go.
