The staff at Big Tree House Cafe did a fantastic job in modifying their ricotta pancake to make it gluten-free. It was fluffy and delicious! They understood the importance of minimising the risk of cross-contamination with gluten for people with Coeliac Disease and cooked it in a separate pan. I really appreciated their willingness to accommodate my needs and attention to detail! I shall definitely be going back!
