Went to "Bij Hen" while shearing sheep and asked for gluten-free ice cream, but unfortunately they got very ill due to cross-contamination. Submitted a complaint and received a good explanation that this should not have happened and that we would need to learn how to proceed in the future. I now even heard that they sell gluten-free frikandels and croquettes and that these are actually baked separately, but that this was simply a mistake caused by too few staff in combination with crowds. So super solved until next time.
